All book orders and purchases made through Kim Schoenberger’s online shop are subject to the Online Shopping Terms and Conditions outlined below. These Online Shopping Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice.
This site is owned and operated by Kim Schoenberger. All book orders and purchases made through the facilities of this website shall be subject to these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions.
The book price listed is in Australian dollars and all charges will be processed in Australian dollars.
The book(s) will be shipped via Australia Post, sent and packaged in their Regular Services Prepaid Parcel Post satchels. Once Payment has been received and processed, goods will be shipped, please allow 7-10 business working days. Kim will not be responsible for any lost parcels* or delays in delivery which are beyond its control.
Postage
All domestic orders are subject to a $15 flat-rate shipping fee and are dispatched via Australia Post.
While primarily shipping is within Australia, international delivery is available upon request. Please contact Kim on info@kimschoenberger.com before purchasing to receive a custom shipping quote.
Export Restrictions
Kim will deliver to addresses within Australia. International delivery charges will be issued as Australia Post’s current rates. Parcels will be sent and packaged in Australia Post’s Regular Services Prepaid Parcel Post satchels, unless otherwise indicated – then additional packaging charges will apply.
Privacy & Security
Any personal information you provide will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and will not be added to any third party mailing lists. All payments are secured using PayPal, this ensures all payment details sent via the internet will be as per PayPals operating terms and conditions.
Returns
Defective items will be replaced, however, please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind. All Return requests need to be made in writing with proof of purchase to info@kimschoenberger.com within 10 days of purchase.
Shipping Policy
– Primary Shipping is within Australia.
– International Shipping is available upon request. Please email Kim on info@kimschoenberger.com before purchasing to receive a custom shipping quote.
– Delivery is via Australia Post and at the expense of the purchaser.
– Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.
– If you require the goods to be sent express post, registered post or S.O.D* (Signature On Delivery), you must notify Kim on info@kimschoenberger.com and pay a surcharge on placement of the order.
– Orders cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.
*S.O.D Signature On Delivery – optional and additional charges apply – peace of mind for the delivery of your item, S.O.D captures a signature of the recipient once the item has been delivered.
