To my extreme delight an assemblage artwork has been selected into an exhibition in Winchester, Virginia, USA.

After responding to an EOI back in 2011 for The Landfillart Project – a call was extended to artists around the globe to create an artwork made with recycled hub caps. I created my piece and posted it to Founder, Ken Marquis in Pennsylvania.  Three years on, it has been selected for their very first exhibition entitled, “Second Time Around: The Hubcap as Art” held at the Museum of the Shenandoah Valley, Winchester, Virginia USA

An exhibition of environmentally inspired contemporary art, Second Time Around: The Hubcap as Art will present works by nearly 300 artists from every U.S. state and 35 other countries, and will showcase at the Museum of the Shenandoah Valley through to March 1, 2015.
